Anxiety
Anxiety may be experienced as a physical symptoms of palpitation, sweating,difficulty in breathing,discomfort in the stomach, dryness of mouth, sensation of pins and needles, feeling of heat or cold or as psychological symptoms of losing control or going crazy or even a feeling of restless and inability to relax it may also be experienced as an unknown fear or a feeling that something bad is about to happen.
- If the feeling of anxiety persists all/ most of the time, it is Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
- If anxiety is felt in only a specific situation like a crowded place/ social situation/ lifts/ planes etc, it is considered to be a Phobic disorder
- If very severe anxiety is felt in an episodic way, if may be a Panic Disorder.
